Baked Stuffed Sole with Spring Vegetables and Orzo Risotto

Join us in "The Cooking Show" as your Host, Chef Elizabeth Bramwell, prepares Executive Chef Michael Kelly's Baked Stuffed Sole. This delectable whitefish will be rolled and stuffed with spring asparagus and lump crabmeat. Chef Bramwell will accompany this dish with a Saffron Orzo risotto with baby artichokes, sun gold tomatoes, spinach and a lemoncello buerre blanc. The wine pairing for the evening will be the Martin Codax Albarino from Spain, a crisp, dry white wine with flavors of pear, passion fruit and apple.

Show tickets vary per show and are based on availability

All Show reservations are nonrefundable.(much like purchasing a ticket to the theatre or a sporting event)

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send someone else in your place. In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as the Show is cancelled and a full refund will be issued. If the Show is held, no refunds will be issued due to the weather.
