We invite you to experience live dinner shows in our Broadcast Kitchen Studio located at Rustic Kitchen Bistro and Bar at Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs.
$55-$65 per person
Fridays @ 7:00pm
Your dinner will begin with a Bruschetta Trio – classic tomato, fig & prosciutto
and artichoke.
For the main entrée enjoy Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s signature Beef Wellington, filet mignon baked in puff pastry and served with a port wine reduction sauce. The entrée will be accompanied by oven roasted baby carrots.
Served with your dinner will be a wine pairing selection of “Montevina Cabernet Sauvignon”, with deep rich flavors of wild currants & plum and ripe cherry aromas.
For dessert, enjoy our brownie-bottom cheesecake topped with rich & decadent
chocolate ganache.

**Guests are asked to arrive by 6:30pm and seating in the studio will begin at 7pm. Check in at the host stand. During the course of the show, ice water and wine will be served. Guests are welcome to purchase drinks at the bar prior to the show to take into the studio kitchen. Vegetarian options are available.
All tickets must be purchased in advance via credit card or Players Rewards Points and are non-refundable. Due to limited seating, cancellations will not be refunded.

Kick your summer BBQs up a notch with great techniques and bold flavors!
Join host Kate Gabriele as she prepares a "Surf & Turf" meal perfect for all your summer gatherings or an intimate dinner for two.
Start off with a refreshing Panzanella salad, RKs version of a Tuscan classic bread salad with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese & balsamic vinaigrette. Then Kate will demonstrate how to grill marinated skirt steaks with a kabob of fresh seafood, including shrimp, scallops & lobster tail; glazed with a tangy Chipotle Mango BBQ sauce and topped with a fresh Mango Salsa. The meal is perfectly paired with Montevina Pinot Grigio, a light, crisp wine with citrus fruit flavors & aromas of summer peach and Bartlett pear.
To finish the meal, enjoy a fresh and tasty Strawberry Shortcake made with local berries & a golden baked biscuit with fresh whipped cream

Join host Kate Gabriele, as she prepares Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s classic dish of Slow-Braised Beef Short Ribs. The Short Ribs will be braised slowly at a low temperature for hours with aromatic vegetables, red wine and rich veal stock, served with a wild mushroom risotto. Our first course will be our Boston Bibb Salad with blood oranges, toasted pinenuts and crumbled goat cheese with a blood orange vinaigrette.

Kate will begin by demonstrating how to put together a Roasted Vegetable Terrine which is sure to start your dinner off with a bang. As your main entrée, enjoy Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s signature "Seafood En Parchment", a mélange of fresh seafood including shrimp, scallops & seabass baked in a parchment paper pouch. We’ll make a complete meal in a pouch where everything cooks in the natural juices of the seafood with the addition of white wine and citrus juice.

Join host Kate Gabriele as she prepares a "Surf & Turf" meal perfect for all your gatherings or an intimate dinner for 2.
Start off with a refreshing watermelon, feta cheese & mint salad with black olives, shaved red onions & a red wine vinaigrette.
Then Kate will demonstrate how to grill filet mignon with chimichurri sauce and fresh Maine lobster tails served with a Yukon

your main entrée, enjoy Executive Chef Tom Holloway’s signature "Not Your Everyday Pan Roasted Chicken", boneless whole chicken is
stuffed with prosciutto, roasted red, yellow & green peppers, roasted jalapeno peppers & roasted garlic . We roll it, wrap it &
poach it. Then pan roast it. The chicken will be served with the pan juices, potato cake & balsamic glazed cipollini onions.
Served with your dinner will be a wine pairing selection of the "Collegiata Montepulciano di Abruzzo", a classic Italian red wine
with smooth, medium body packed with ripe fruit flavors with hints of sour cherry & spice.

This Spring, Renew the Romance
with a Picnic in the Park!
Join host, Kate Gabriele , as she discusses all things chicken including the break down of a whole chicken and shows you how to prepare a scrumptious, romantic picnic dinner for two. Wet your appetites with imported cheeses, a fantastic Mushroom Pate and crackers followed by Buttermilk Fried Chicken and two great salads; a Roasted Spring Vegetable and Orzo salad with Feta Cheese and a Fennel Slaw. The meal is perfectly paired with La Vis Pinot Grigio, a wine delicately perfumed with scents of flowers and spice with a crisp citrus finish. To finish the meal Kate will make "Goddess Cookies", made with special Valrohna chocolate and pecans.
