Summer Surf & Turf
Friday & Saturday nights @ 7:00 pm in July & August!
$80-$90 per person all inclusive meal & wine.
Kick off our summer show experience with a Crab, Shrimp, Mango, and Avocado Tower with Green Vinaigrette appetizer.
For your entrée, you'll dive into a Lobster & Chive Risotto Cake along with Grilled Filet Mignon and Sauteed Spinach!
To complete the feast, savor a Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bar.

Beef Short Ribs
Friday & Saturday nights @ 7:00 pm in September & October!
$80-$90 per person all inclusive meal & wine.
The colors are changing and its time for a Fall Harvest Salad to begin the night.
Our entrée is Braised Beef Short Ribs served with Spaetzle and a perfect wine pairing.
For dessert, we'll share a beautiful Apple Tart.

Turkey Roulade
FOUR NIGHTS ONLY @ 7:00 pm in November!
$75-$85 per person all inclusive meal & wine.
This Early Thanksgiving feast begins with an Autumn Bisque.
Enjoy the Chef's Roast Turkey Roulade served with Whipped Potatoes and a Cranberry Chutney for our main course.
For dessert, Homemade Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream.
The Chef will also pair a wine selection for the evening.

Holiday Beef Wellington
Friday & Saturday nights @ 7:00 pm in December & January!
$85-$95 per person all inclusive meal & wine.
The evening begins with a classic French Onion Soup.
The Beef Wellington is served with Fingerling Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach and inside you'll find Mushroom Duxelle and Prosciutto presented with a Port Wine Reduction
Capping the night's feast is a Homemade Chocolate Pecan Pie and throughout you'll enjoy a red wine pairing.

New Year's Eve Celebrations
FOUR SHOWS ONLY @ 5:00PM & 7:30PM on Dec. 30 & 31th!
$115-$125 per person all inclusive meal & wine.
Celebrate the New Year inside our Studio Kitchen!
Feast on a Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon served with Butter Poached Lobster Tail.
The evening begins with Jumbo Lump Crab Stuffed Shrimp with a Lemon Beurre Blanc and ends with Strawberry Champagne Cake. Enjoy Los Señores Cabernet Sauvignon and a Champagne Toast!
