Join us in the studio as your Host, Chef Kim McLendon, demonstrates how to make BBQ Ribs with Peach Barbecue Sauce

Your evening's meal will begin with a Mediterranean Antipasto Salad and alongside the ribs you'll enjoy some zesty Jalapeño & Cheddar Cornbread. For dessert, indulge in our homemade Peach Cheesecake with a handcrafted Peach Bourbon Caramel Sauce.​ The wine pairing for this Peach Harvest is a delightful Rosé.

Thanksgiving Turkey Roulade

Join us in the Studio as your Host, Chef Kim McLendon, prepares a Thanksgiving Feast! Learn to debone and stuff a Whole Turkey Breast with Cranberry & Sausage Stuffing alongside Duchess Sweet Potatoes, Baby Carrots & Sage Gravy.

Begin the evening with a Butternut Squash & Apple Soup topped with Toasted Pepitas. Served with your dinner is the 'Be Bike Garnacha' - a refreshing Spanish Rosé wine pairing. Complete the meal with our homemade Warm Apple Crisp & Vanilla Ice Cream with Cinnamon Whip Cream.

Holiday Beef Wellington

Friday & Saturday nights @ 7:00 pm

December, January, February

$70-$80 per person all inclusive meal & wine.

Celebrate the season with Filet Mignon wrapped in Prosciutto & baked in Puff Pastry filled with Mushroom Duxelle.


The Wellington is served with a port wine reduction sauce and accompanied by Green Bean Almondine. You'll begin with delicious Bacon, Gorgonzola & Caramelized Onion stuffed Mushrooms topped with a Maple Jus.

For dessert, enjoy our rich & decadent Chocolate and Raspberry

Torte. The wine pairing for the evening will be Los Señores Cabernet Sauvignon. This Spanish red has a nose rich in fruit aromas, offering fresh plums, cherries, and ripe raspberries followed by pleasant black currant notes.

Public Shows offered Friday & Saturday evenings

  • $65-$85 tickets depending on seating row, plus taxes and fees.

  • Arrive by 6:30pm and seating will begin at 7pm.

  • Please check in at the host stand.

  • Ice water and wine will be served during show in addition to meal

  • Guests may purchase drinks at bar prior to the show and take in

  • Vegetarian meal options are available. 

  • All tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Due to limited seating, cancellations will not be refunded. 

  • Patrons must be at least 21 years of age to attend the show.
